Gravograph's Automatic Plate Feeder for etching machines

  • Gravograph's Automatic Plate Feeder for etching machines
The Gravograph Automatic Plate Feeder (APF) is an accessory for feeding batches of machine plates, tags & ID plates into an engraving machine.

The APF works with both CO2 laser and rotary technology as an add-on: it is fully compatible with Gravograph's LS100, IS400 and M40 Deep Vice engravers.

Loaded in a magazine, tags or plates up to 120 x 100 mm can be automatically fed to the engraver for marking. At the minimum thickness stacks of identical tags can be processed in quantities up to 195 at a time.

It is an easy-to-install accessory that works with CO2 laser & rotary engraving technology (LS100, M40DV & IS400.)

APF is a cost effective solution. It is easily installed via simple hardware and a Plug-and-Play I/O Cable. There is no need for air or lubrication when processing stacks of plates. The back pressure from the magazine moves the unmarked tags into position for engraving and ejects the marked parts for easy collection. It interfaces with GravoStyle5TM or LaserStyleTM software packages so there is practically no learning curve prior to use. In a production environment this accessory is a must for cost effective processing.
