Endmills designed for hard material machining

The Impact Miracle endmill series includes seven different types of cutter ranging from R0.1 mm long-neck ballnose through to a 6 mm diameter flute corner radius type, thus ensuring an extensive coverage to match all hard material milling applications.

The endmills combine a new substrate material with PVD coating technologies from Mitsubishi Materials and Mitsubishi Materials Kobe Tools' respectively. The coating, special cemented carbide substrate and new cutting edge geometry combine to make Impact Miracle endmills a suitable choice for machining pre-hardened mould materials.
