Deep holes up to 30xD and no pecking

The RT 100 T line of sub-micro grain carbide, coolant fed, extra length deep hole drills combine a unique flute and web design with a resilient grade of carbide to produce a deep hole drill that will drill up to 30-times the diameter depth in one pass, without pecking.

The RT 100 T line of high performance drills consists of three series of different length drills. The series 6511 is a 20 times diameter to depth drill (20xD) while the series 6512 is a 25xD flute length design. For extremely deep applications, the series 6513 provides the maximum diameter to depth ratio at 30xD.

All RT 100 T drills have Super-A coated tips for maximum wear resistance and a revolutionary new flute construction that you would expect from the leader in deep hole drilling technology.
