CFV5 VMC with 5-axis integrated rotary table technology

The CFV5 incorporates a dedicated table solution bringing full 5-axis, 5-sided large capacity machining capability to the popular range of tried and tested CFV vertical machining centres.

The CFV5 with 5-axis integrated rotary table technology comfortably machines workpieces up to 400 mm in diameter and 300 mm high, and has up to 150 degrees tilt capability. Superior parts surface finish and accuracy is achieved from the high-rigidity cast frame structure and linear guideways, which minimise chatter and vibration for a flawless finish. A choice of state-of-the-art leading CNC control systems are available to provide both positioning and simultaneous 5-axis machining capability.

The precision machining ‘CFV5-i’ version is fitted with the Heidenhain iTNC 530 CNC control, for example.chatter and vibration for a flawless fiinish. Available as a high-precision CFV5-i version.
