Anti-vibration endmills join Impact Miracle range

Anti-vibration endmills

VFMHV endmills, a new addition to the Mitsubishi Carbide Impact Miracle range, uses of irregular pitch flutes in combination with varied helix angles to reduce vibration, leading to higher reliability and smoother surface finishes.

Use of irregular pitch flutes and the varied helix angles prevents vibration even on previously difficult operations such as the machining of deep, thin walled parts. Excellent surface finishes can be achieved, therefore higher efficiency even when deep slotting is now possible. The VFMHV series also has a new flute geometry that increases chip disposal properties making it suitable for heavy machining.

A total of 12 sizes are available from 6-20 mm diameter. Long lengths and a 13 mm diameter size with a 12mm shank diameter type are also available.
