Amada laser profiler has Mitsubishi laser and control system

The LC3015 X1NT machine is fitted with a 4 kW Mitsubishi laser source and control system in contrast to Amada’s typically Fanuc laser-fitted units. Capacity is 3,000 by 1,500 mm and the unit features a load/unload table. The strength of the Mitsubishi system is its wide sheet thickness tolerance with just a single lens and only two nozzle changes required to tackle the range 1 to 24 mm. One nozzle covers 1-10 mm and another 10-24 mm. Typical would be two lens and perhaps half a dozen nozzles, says Amada UK. And the beam quality means that this machine does the work of one fitted with a higher power laser, it adds. The Mitsubishi CNC also features shopfloor-orientated programming and diagnostics help.
