Accurate Cutting Services offer Pedrazzoli tube forming solutions

Pedrazzoli, the Italian tube forming and cutting machine manufacturer, has developed a new generation of machines in the bending field.

The Bend Master 45 (pictured) is the first model, available in clockwise and anti-clockwise versions it has a fully electric operation and a bending capacity up to 45 mm tube diameter. The machine utilises a Fanuc control package and requires no manual adjustment of tooling, even after a set up change, allowing for much greater repeatability than with hydraulic machines.

With the current trend towards smaller batch quantities and more frequent machine set up changes, a rapid tooling change and guaranteed repeatability without manual adjustment is a definite advantage.

The Fanuc control package is integrated with the Pedrazzoli Intelligent Motion System (IMS) so that real time movement control is carried out with 3D graphical programming.

The FANUC control also allows the calculation in real time the energy cost for each piece made by the machine.
