Roemheld shows workholding solutions at Aero Engineering 2011

  • Workholding Roemheld Aero Engineering 2011
Roemheld (UK) will be exhibiting its comprehensive range of 5-axis workholding solutions and zero point mounting systems on stand 306 at Aero Engineering 2011, held in Birmingham, UK, from 9 to 10 November.

The Roemheld range of Hilma 5-axis vice systems can hold rigidly and safely on just 3 mm (pictured), while performing to tight tolerances and high repeatability, while the Roemheld Stark Zero Point Mounting range is claimed to revolutionise set-up times and keep downtime to a minimum.

Visitors to the stand will be able to find out more about the benefits of investing in Roemheld 5-axis clamping and how substantial raw material savings, of up to 20% in some instances, have been realised by companies utilising the 3 mm grip jaws.

Roemheld's 'Try before you buy' initiative will be available, which offers companies the opportunity to investigate directly the advantages they will gain from using Roemheld 5-axis vices, before committing to an investment.

Roemheld is also offering customers who purchase products from its 5-axis vices or Zero Point Mounting ranges, cutting tool vouchers worth up to the value of £500. More details of this promotion are available at www.roemheld.co.uk/vouchers
