Wenzel UK appointed Geomagic re-seller

Wenzel UK has been appointed as an official re-seller by Geomagic, authorised to provide software and full training.

Based in North Carolina, USA, Geomagic is a privately owned company founded in 1997. It is a provider of 3D software for creating digital models of physical objects. Leading companies using Geomagic software include Ford, Harley-Davidson, Richard Childress Racing, Timberland, Fisher Price, Pratt & Whitney, NASA, Alcoa Howmet, Danaher and Invisalign.

Based in Gloucester, Wenzel UK, part of the family-owned Wenzel Group, is a provider of co-ordinate measuring machine and metrology equipment.

Wenzel has also introduced an industrial CT Scanning workstation, laser scanning heads for non contact measurement and reverse engineering, a white light scanning solution for high speed scanning of turbine blades and blisks as well as a portable CNC 3D scanning system. Wenzel also offers its own 3D surfacing software for scanning and reverse engineering, Wenzel Pointmaster.

Wenzel also offers service and calibration, retrofits, subcontract measurement and a CT Scanning Bureau Service.
