Dialine water jet cutting head available in UK: offers benefits

The Accustream Dialine precision water jet cutting head has been introduced to the UK market by exclusive agents Wightman Stewart.

Suitable for retrofitting to all major water jet cutting systems, the Dialine features a removable diamond and, so confident is AccuStream in its performance that Dialine comes with an industry-best 600 hour cutting time warranty and can provide up to 1,000 hours of high performance, trouble- free cutting, it is claimed.

Companies upgrading their water jet cutting system with the Dialine cutting head will benefit from improved edge quality, higher cutting speeds and improved abrasive nozzle life of up to 15%, says Wightman Stewart. The diamond orifice securely and precisely engages the diamond to produce a concentric stream alignment to the cutting nozzle.

The mixing chamber is manufactured from high-wear-resistant material designed for use with the abrasive water jet process. In some instances, the life of the diamond orifice surpasses that of the mixing chamber, which, if necessary, can be replaced easily to maximise the diamond's life. A ruby can also be used with Dialine and will offer the same quality of cut, but with a shorter working life.
