In addition, both companies say that their displays, as part of the United Grinding stand, will aim to reinforce their leads in tool and insert grinding.
Examples of what Walter will be showing include:
- The two-in-one rotary eroding and grinding Helitronic Vision Diamond 400L with the recently announced Robot Loader 25;
- The manual Heliset Plus tool measurement machine; and
- A Helicheck Pro machine, for fully automated tool measurement, with robot loader.
Meanwhile, the Ewag display will include:
- The six-axis Compact Line machine;
- The Laser Line Precision – for laser machining of diamond tools; and
- The Laser Line Ultra – for the laser machining of all cutting materials, including CBN, ceramic, PCD and CVD.
Grindtech takes place from 14-17 March 2018, Messe Augsburg.
