Turn-mill centres will be on show at the shared 300 m² stand for Citizen Machinery UK and Miyano UK, at MACH 2010.

Four new turn-mill centres will be seen by visitors for the first time at stand 5450, which will showcase both Citizen CNC sliding head turn-mill centres and Miyano fixed head turn-mill centres.

Five Citizen sliding head CNC turn-mill centres will be demonstrated under power with bar capacities up to 32 mm, of which two will be new turn-mill centres shown for the first time, outside of Japan, under the "E for Evolution" designation. Existing models will feature productivity and functionality enhancements from new controls and software, as well as, additional driven tools and the recently introduced adaptive guide bush.

Four fixed head CNC turn-mill machines from Miyano will be on display, that take the bar capacity for turn-mill parts up to 64 mm.

Importantly, with the addition of Miyano, alongside the Citizen range of turn-mill centres, is the inclusion of a versatile chucking and automation capability.

Miyano will also be demonstrating two totally new machines plus its top sellers, in the UK.

In addition, Miyano's capability to automate the turn-milling and turning centre process will be supported with examples of cell configurations and various levels of automation.
