  • System 3R workholding and automation solutions at MACH 2010
System 3R will be showing their Delphin BIG reference system, the Twist lock direct clamping chuck, System 3R automation and the WEDM B-axis indexer, at MACH 2010 (Stand 5331).

System 3R products are aimed at improving machine productivity and utilisation by reducing set-up times and capitalising on light-out production, with the introduction of automation. They will be exhibiting:-

• The Twist Lock direct clamping chuck for the automated manufacturing of round and square metal blanks, which is particularly suited for watchmaking, microengineering and medical applications.

• System 3R Automation which improves productivity from existing machines, with lights-out production and minimal downtime, using robots. System 3R uses "WorkMaster" and new generation "WorkMaster Linear" that serve multiple machines at the same time; "WorkPartner", a compact unit for pallet changing; "WorkPal" Compact Servo for efficient reftrofit tool/pallet changing; and all driven by "WorkShopManager" software.
