Fluid Maintenance Solutions appointed RBM di Battistutta filtration agent

Fluid Maintenance Solutions has been appointed by RBM di Battistutta of Italy as the sole UK agent for its IFDR range of advanced metalworking fluid filtration solutions for machine tools and grinding systems.

Extended tool life, improved component quality, reduced fluid use and disposal, elimination of paper media purchases and disposal, elimination of maintenance and spare parts costs have all been reported by those who have retrofitted IFDR systems to their existing machine tools, says Fluid Maintenance Solutions.

IFDR systems have no media-related down time and can run for over two years, without the need for service. Servicing is said to be simple, with no need to purchase spares kits to replace wear parts.

The performance of the IFDR systems is guaranteed, with high pressure fluid return currently up to 100 bar.

The systems have been proven in many different applications on machine tools from leading manufacturers, including: Mazak; Mori Seiki; Hermle; Kitamura; Mandelli; Tachella Cross; Favretto; and CB Ferrari.
