Light and rigid mineral cubes for horizontal machining

Triag Tripoxy Mineral cubes and tombstones, available from REM Systems, are said to offer some distinct advantages over the standard cast iron alternatives.

The lightweight and rigid devices have a damping effect ten times better than cast iron and 100 times better than aluminium. With a specific weight similar to that of aluminum, the parts have ground faces and hardened M12/12G6 bushings. The base plates are made to the machine specification.
A range of standard sizes and configurations is available, but other sizes are available on request.
