Latest Tebis CADCAM on show at MACH

Tebis UK will be exhibiting at MACH 2020 (Birmingham NEC, 20-24 April) on Stand 340 in Hall 17, where Release 8 of Tebis CADCAM Version 4.0 and ProLeiS MES Version 4.0 software solutions, will be available for live viewing throughout the duration of the show.

The knowledge-based machining technology of Tebis supports database libraries of machine tools, cutting tools with machining parameters, machining features, CNC tool-path templates and machining process templates. This capability allows customers’ best machining practices to be built into the Tebis database and shared among CAM engineers, which reduces work pressure and ensures optimum results, says the company.

Tebis’ VM (Virtual Machine) technology supports machining set-up and planning, collision-free CNC tool-path calculation, simulation, and verification, which is especially beneficial to customers performing 2.5D to 5-axis milling, trimming, laser cutting, mill-turning, as well as robotic machining.
