Indian DRO and metrology products in the UK

India’s Electronica Group of companies has established a UK operation, Electronica Mechatronic Systems (I) Pvt Ltd, located in Kibworth, Leics.

The Indian Group’s core focus is the supply of digital readout, linear encoder and height measuring technology. The UK company is led by two ex-directors of Newall Measurement Systems – Robert Matthews and Dr Mark Hudman. Newall Measurement Systems designs and manufactures DROs.

The operation is located in brand new, 2000 sq ft accommodation at Kibworth on the A6 between Leicester and Market Harborough. It has sales, support and service responsibilities for the UK and rest of the world, excluding India.

Back in India, the Group is building two new manufacturing units at Pune to support burgeoning demand.
