Hexagon consolidates after-sales service and support

All Hexagon Metrology after-sales support, both mechanical and software, has been consolidated at the company’s Telford Headquarters, this applies across all of the brands of products within the Hexagon portfolio. A single telephone and fax number has been instigated for all the equipment and services offered creating a ‘one stop shop’ for measurement needs. Cathie Taylor has been appointed customer services manager, with responsibility across all customer services – Ms Taylor has 15 years’ service and was previously service manager. Marc Stalker has become applications support manager, with responsibility for customer applications needs working closely with Ms Taylor;.
