HAAS UK service investment
HAAS Automation Inc has made a £750,000 investment in its UK service and engineering department.
This includes 17 custom-built Mercedes Vito vans each equipped with a vast array of front-line parts and service items, including specialist equipment for testing, calibration and vibration analysis.
Each vehicle also uniquely incorporates an in-house developed computer system, providing the Haas team of factory-trained technicians with web-based, real-time job information and machine history, in addition to a direct link to the UK parts holding inventory, which stands in excess of £1.9 million.
