DMG stock programme now boasts DMU monoBLOCK universals

Following the announcement of a UK stocking programme, DMG is now able to offer the DMU monoBLOCK series of universal milling machines from stock.

The DMU monoBLOCK range provides 100 per cent better dynamics, 30 per cent faster rotary axes (200 per cent on the 5-axis version) and 25 per cent shorter chip-to-chip times. When combined with the flexibility provided by the extended swivel range of the b-axis, this all adds up to a cost-effective investment.

With a starting price of just £75,900 the series comprises three basic models – the DMU 60/80/100 – each of which can be expanded. They can be configured for 3-axis machining with a fixed table with table load of 700 kg and manually swivelling milling head and with a b-axis and up to 800 kg NC-rotary table for 5-sided/5-axis machining.
