Certified Stratasys training courses from Laser Lines

Laser Lines, a provider of 3D printers, 3D scanners and laser equipment, has become a certified UK Stratasys training provider with its newly created 3D Printing Academy. The 3D Printing Academy will deliver custom courses for Stratasys’ FDM and Polyjet systems, as well as bespoke training for both technologies. Customers will be able to take advantage of one-day or two-day courses at their own site, or at Laser Lines’ facility in Banbury. Training sessions are available immediately.

Richard Hoy, business development at Laser Lines, says: “The training courses are an extension of the advice and education we have been providing to customers for the past 20 years. With our experienced team able to share their knowledge and experience on both the FDM and Polyjet systems and materials, customers trained by us will get the value of real application examples.”

Laser Lines’ 3D Printing Academy training courses can be tailored to individual requirements. They are suitable for new users, those requiring a refresher course, or those more experienced in 3D printing. The training will focus on areas like how to maintain a 3D printer to the highest standards, such as replacing a material or print head, as well as in-depth training on GrabCAD Print and Insight software for part set-up and printing.

“We want to ensure that customers get what they need from the training, so before booking, our Stratasys academy certified trainers will discuss exact requirements and advise both content and a suitable duration for the course,” says Hoy.
