Audit CNC under new ownership and management

Following Audit CNC's acquisition by Newburgh Engineering, a contract manufacturing firm based in South Yorkshire, in December last year, a new chairman and general manager have been appointed.

Audit designs and builds CNC units that can be fitted to existing manual machines. Appointed to position of chairman is David Gledhill, a business consultant based in Derbyshire, who has worked with Newburgh's senior management for many years on business strategy and planning. Darren Browes has been appointed general manager.

Mr Gledhill said: "I am delighted to be appointed chairman of this exciting business that has a long history and even longer future. The team and I are looking forward to developing and growing Audit, providing world class levels of customer service."
