The built-in-the-UK CV5-500, a high accuracy simultaneous 5-axis vertical machining centre that is designed to deliver high speed, high-accuracy machining and ease of operation. The CV5-500 defines a new standard for 5-axis machining, offering exceptional value. It also bridges construction 5-axis vertical machining centre with a fully supported trunnion table provides high rigidity for high accuracy machining.

The Integrex i-200H ST, a compact machine design having a large machining area, boasts the next-generation Mazatrol SmoothAi CNC for data-driven manufacturing. It also has a second spindle and newly designed lower turret for exceptional process integration plus a wide variety of turning and milling spindle specifications.

The Integrex e-1250 V/8S AG, a multi-tasking unit with gear cutting and measurement that demonstrates process integration for high accuracy machining, reduction of in-process time and initial cost. Three types of gear machining methods (gear skiving, hobbing and end milling) can be performed for high-mix, small volume production to large volume production. High speed and high accuracy gear skiving is achieved via unique AG control technology.

The Optiplex 3015 Fiber III fibre laser, which has advanced Multi-Control Torch and Intelligent Functions, along with an 8 kW fibre laser for cutting thick material, such as stainless steel and aluminium. Productivity in thin worksheet cutting is increased via the 8 kW laser and improved machine acceleration, while rapid traverse rates in X, Y axes is 120m/min. Productivity is increased by more than 14%.
