Anilam scores major growth in Q1 08/05/2007

CNC, digital readoust, DRO, encoders, scales Measurement and control specialist ACI (UK) reports an overall 23 per cent rise in revenues for its service activities and product sales in Q1.

This success is across the company's range of Acu-Rite, Anilam and Metronics CNC and DRO systems, as well as the accompanying precision glass linear encoder range.

Particular gains were seen in sales of encoders, says managing director Phil Goulding, which rose 45 per cent compared to Q1 2006, though “measurable improvements” were also seen in all product areas.
