Self-contained micro percussion marking pen February 2007

part marking, component marking Technifor Pro-Pen P5000 micro percussion marking unit is a self-contained and functions without a PC, offering memory capacity far greater than its P3000 predecessor.

Its graphical preview allows users to see the component marking layout on an integrated screen. Moreover, items such as name plates can be scanned using the optional Windows based software and overlaid on to awaiting parts, while a USB key can be used to save and transfer files as required.

Producing high quality characters at a rate of 5 per second, the P5000 is a flexible and simple-to-use device. It can mark components up to 300 mm in height and, thanks to its robust construction, can mark materials including metals, plastics and polymers and other engineering materials as hard as 62 HRc. Characters from 0.5 mm up to 80 mm high can be produced in the machine’s 120 by 100 mm marking zone.

USB, Ethernet and RS232 connectivity make the P5000 simple to network and integrate with external devices.
