German micro-machining specialist expands sub-contracting operation 04/01/2007
 
micro-machining Micro-machining specialist Kern Micro und Fienwerktechnik has moved its machine tool building operations to a new location in Germany, to allow for the expansion of its sub-contracting operations on the original sight.

The original site is Murnau-Westried, upper Bavaria, with the new machine tool plant now located at the company’s plant, Eschenlohe (pictured), south of the sub-contracting operation, north of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and close to the Bavarian Alps.

The company says the move is as a result of success in both its sub-contracting and machine tool building operations.
