Long-stroke chucks have larger opening November 2006
 
long stroke chucks, lathe chucks ML type ultra long stroke chucks have been developed specifically to meet the needs of components requiring a large jaw opening.

Available in 6 and 8-inch diameter versions, 3-jaw ML06 and ML08 units provide 40 mm and 50 mm jaw strokes respectively, with corresponding maximum grip diameters of 169 mm and 215 mm. Equivalent 2-jaw MLT units are ideal for components with irregular profiles, while MLV 6 and 8 inch variants feature single moving jaws, which act against a fixed stop.
