EdgeCAM 10.75 adds new turning features to boost productivity July 2006

EdgeCAM 10.75 includes a new finishing cycle for turning applications which supports latest Sandvik Wiper insert technology, allowing much higher feedrates while maintaining surface finish, and differential offsets on individual profile elements - ideal for generating a grinding relief.

Included too are advances to EdgeCAM’s state-of-the-art Automatic Feature Recognition technology and efficiency improvements to 3D toolpath generation.

EdgeCAM 10.75 also extends the established multi-axis simultaneous machining to mill/turn machines, while an easy-to-use intuitive interface brings the benefits of advanced multi-axis machining technology within reach of all machinists by reducing the complexity associated with this technology.
