Air Turbine Spindles have 0.0002 inch TIR July 2006

The high-speed 600 series of Air Turbine Spindles is aimed at milling, ribbing, routing, finishing or engraving operations, and typical applications include mould making, plastic and wood routing, drilling and marking.

The range has direct drive spindles delivering 25,000 to 90,000 rpm with horsepower ratings up to 1.4 hp. Concentricity is 0.0002 inch TIR and there's a choice of mounts HSKA63, CAT40 or BT40 for extra low vibration and concentricity in addition to a standard straight shank.

The constant high speed spindles have no gears or brushes to burn up and are totally oil-free.
