Master Chemical extends European CHIP 3 classification coolant family June 2006

Master Chemical has launched TRIM E708, a low-foaming, hard water tolerant coolant.

This TRIM product is a universal fluid able to support machining of a wide range of ferrous, non-ferrous and non-metallic materials.

In common with other additions to the Master Chemical fluid range, TRIM E708 is classified as non-hazardous in accordance with CHIP 3 regulations. It contains no nitrites, secondary amines or phenolics. Neither does the formula contain sulphur or chlorine as an EP additive.

TRIM E708 is formulated for recycling. Good tramp oil separation is assured without significant change in emulsion characteristics and as this a very effective biocidal package, it promises a long sump life.
