The latest addition to the Hyundai-Kia horizontal machining centre range is now installed in the Hove, Sussex showroom of C Dugard.
The HX630 boasts a class-leading specification of 50 m/min rapid traverse rates, 8,000 rpm spindle as standard with a 12,000 rpm option, a 3 sec tool change for the BT50 taper tool-holders and a 12 sec exchange for the 630 by 630 mm pallets able to carry a workpiece load of 1.2 tonnes and parts within a 930 mm diameter by 1,000 mm high volume.
