Grooving specialist sets sights on milling market 16/01/2004
 
German grooving tool specialist Horn has entered the milling cutter market with the launch of its DM and DS range of endmills. The DM range is intended for roughing and semi-finishing, and it features a single, solid injection moulded carbide tip located into a shank, while the solid carbide DS range – with run-out of 5 microns versus DM’s guaranteed 20 microns – is aimed at finishing tasks
