At MACH 2010 (Stand 5546), Industrial Tooling Corp (ITC), the cutting tool specialist, will be giving a multitude of products their UK exhibition debut.
Among the new innovations will be the 2132 Cyber Series of two flute extra long series PCD Ball Nose End Mills.
Visitors to ITC's MACH Stand 5546 will also be shown an expansive range of drills and form machining tools. These include the 2141 Cyber Series range of two flute drill-mill cutters and, the back chamfering and countersinking 4111 Series.
Besides its range of cutting tools, ITC will be highlighting the potential benefits of the extended range of Air Turbine Spindles from US manufacturer, Air Turbine Tools.
With the exception of Hanita/Rubig, Metal Removal and Air Turbine products distributed by ITC, all cutting tools are manufactured at ITC's state of the art grinding shop, in Tamworth.
The Tamworth manufacturing facility boasts a host of CNC grinding machines. ITC has invested in computerised optical measuring equipment, to maintain the high standards the company is renowned for, and its centralised oil filtration system ensures that tool grinding takes place under optimum conditions, in clean oil, to ensure repetitive accuracy.
