The Tungaloy Corporation's TAC tool holder, 'Stream Jet Bar Mini', is an internal tool holder for turning operations on small diameter components.
 Steel or carbide shanks are available with 28 diameter variations from 4.5 mm to 8 mm diameter.
Tungaloy has made 88 insert variations available for the new bars. This diverse range of inserts, with or without chip-breaker, enables customers to machine soft materials through to mild steel and stainless steel.
The Stream Jet Bar Mini (SJB) has been developed using Finite Element Method (FEM) to provide high rigidity when operating, which improves surface finish and reduces chatter.
