Following the acquisition of Steintek GmbH, Wenzel Group has now launched a mobile CNC measurement system, MobileScan3D®
 The MobileScan3D offers a fully automated or semi-automated process for production or single measurements. Reliable accuracy using high precision encoders and a repeatability of better than 5 micron. Software controls the laser power and sensitivity, so it can be used on nearly any material or colour, or in any lighting condition. A measuring range of 100 mm to 1,500 mm is available.
MobileScan3D is a reliable and effective solution for first article prototypes as well as inspection to CAD data.
