The CrazyDrill Twicenter drill is a centre drill and chamfer tool all in one cutter. Centring and chamfering can be completed in one step with a remarkably high process reliability.
The CrazyDrill Twicenter is available with a 60 or 90 deg chamfer with 130 degree tip angle or alternately with an 120 deg combined tip and chamfer angle. The chip flow promoting tip design, combined with a short web and through tool coolant supply, guarantees optimal performance, tool life and surface finish with limited penetration force upon the tip of the tool.
The 60, 90 and 120 deg Twicenter cutters are available in 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 mm diameters with an overall tool length ranging from 40 to 80mm. The flexibility of the Twicenter makes it suitable for machining anything from copper and aluminium to cast iron, alloy steels and titanium alloys at anything from 40 to 150 m/min cutting speed.
