TopSolid’Cam interface for Vericut November 2008

TopSolid’Cam interface for Vericut

An new interface between Missler’s TopSolid’Cam and CGTech’s Vericut will provide productivity gains by improving machine simulation/visualisation. It will benefit many existing users of the software solutions in the aerospace field, working with large mechanical parts, or involved in the machining of prototype parts. Such companies work with multi-function machines or large machining centres and use expensive raw materials.

The new interface allows Vericut to be opened directly from TopSolid’Cam and all information relating to the part, the stock and the tools used are transferred directly from the latter, eliminating the need to input all of this information a second time.
