JETCAM Orders Controller (JOC) Lite, an entry-level, low-cost version of JETCAM Premium, allows 2D sheet metal parts or assemblies to be remotely ordered into a JETCAM Expert CADCAM SYSTEM system for nesting.
A simple to use interface allows multiple worksheets to be created, detailing comprehensive lists of parts or assemblies to be nested. Often is JOC Lite installed remotely within the company, usually with the production controller or shopfloor manager. They are then able to queue a list of components orders or assemblies over one or more works order lists. When ready, these can then be passed automatically to Expert for processing. Once the nesting is complete, Expert reports back to JOC Lite that the parts have been nested. A series of reports can also be viewed on screen.
During set-up, all required settings are read from the Expert se-tup. Users can learn all of the functions of JOC Lite in under an hour, with all main capabilities usable in minutes with minimal training.
