Nikken Major Dream benefits for more tooling

Nikken has launched a complete range of C6 Polygon Tooling.
Of particular benefit over competitors is that the entire range features the benefits of ‘Major Dream’ vibration dampening technology.
Products included:
* Anniversary Multi-Lock Milling Chuck
* Slim Chuck
* Boring Arbors
* New – Nikken Pro End-Mill
This system now provides users of C6 spindles the performance advantages of Nikken chucking, boring and milling systems. It is claimed the first and only product range that has included Major Dream on the Multi-Lock chuck. Nikken says it believes that dampening is of considerable benefit to users of polygon spindles.
The new ‘Pro-End’ mill system allows users of Depo style cutters to also take the benefits of ‘Major Dream’. The Pro-End mill is also available on all standard shanks including NBT (Nikken ISO/BT dual contact).
