Water Jet Sweden extends China reach 03/09/2008

Water Jet Sweden (WJS) has further extended its reach into China with the establishment of WJS Pacific Trading Company Ltd, Beijing.

The new, wholly owned, overseas subsidiary company which began sales and marketing operations in May 2008, under the direction of Mr. Xu Jian (pictured), has seven staff.

The WJS brand name is already well established in China. Eight WJS machines have been installed over the past four years, of which three were to the Chinese aerospace industry.

The latest of these was the super-accurate WJS NC 3520S 5-axis machine, now installed in the manufacturer of aero engines.

“With the establishment of our new subsidiary in China, we expect to realise the huge potential in that market for Water Jet Sweden,” said WJS sales manager Peter Ruden.
