More angles as standard in chamfer tool series August 2008

The 4071 Cyber Series chamfer tools now includes 60, 82 and 90 degree inclusive angles as standard.

The four flute solid carbide 4071 Cyber Series chamfering tools are manufactured from an ultra tough micro grain substrate for tool life and performance. They are also available coated for particularly difficult machining applications. With four teeth in a staggered design, the 4071 enhances cutter performance and surface finish to deliver smooth cutting and long tool life on the hardest of materials.

The series is available in 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm diameters with all three angles available for each diameter. The overall length of the 4 and 5 mm cutters is 50 mm with the 6 and 8 mm cutters being 64 mm long and the 10 and 12 mm diameter cutters having an overall length of 70 and 76 mm respectively.
