Static wall-mounted welding fume extractor July 2008
 
The Teka Caremaster SF-W static wall mounted one way welding fume extractor, available with one suction arm and supporting crane, is designed for most types of industrial fume extraction especially welding and with its 1.1 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz three-phase motor, it produces a fan capacity of 2,500 m3/hour with a low operating noise level of 75 dB(A) and a dust collection efficiency of around 99.9 per cent using a class W3 filter for when high alloy steel with >30% nickel based alloys are involved. It is also available with two suction arms, crane support and a 2.2 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz three-phase motor producing a fan capacity of 3,500 m3/hour

The suction arms are available in lengths of 2, 3, 4, 4.5, 5, 6, 7 or 8 m with a choice of internal or external joints. The arms are available in 150 mm diameter with 160 mm as an option.
