Three-fluted endmill range extended with radius versions July 2008

The 3041 Cyber Series of three-fluted solid carbide single and square endmills for aluminium and soft non-ferrous applications has been extended to include a radius on all diameter sizes.

The straight shank, right-hand-cut series with its 55 deg right-hand helix is well suited to the rapid removal of ‘soft’ material and its special flute geometry contributes to its excellent swarf clearance. Outstanding surface finish is provided by the cutters’ rigidity and the circular land and end teeth ‘wipers’. The wide range of radii, make the 3041 Series the cutter of choice for machining forms in pockets.

The 3041 Cyber Series with radius is available in 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 mm diameters with a choice of 0.5 or 1 mm radius. The 8, 10, 12, 16, 20 mm diameter cutters are available in 0.5 mm increments from 0.5mm up to 2 mm. However, ITC can offer additional sizes and radii upon request and on rapid turnaround.
