The Dürr Ecoclean Minio 75P is aimed at machine shops that use a combination of coolants including neat cutting oil and high-additive oils comprising a mixture of solvent-based and aqueous constituents, a new industrial washing machine, called has been introduced by the German company.
The Minio 75P, which uses Dowclene 1601, a non-corrosive, polar solvent, is designed to remove contaminants between and after manufacturing processes, and is ideal for small volume production environments as well as larger companies with decentralised cleaning areas. Vacuum distillation and double solvent filtration allows the cleaning medium to be recycled for cost-effective operation
Loading and unloading of components into the work chamber at the front is carried out manually. The enclosed chamber has rotational and swivelling actions for cleaning and drying components efficiently, while the addition of ultrasonics is optional.
Eight different process sequences can be programmed using the Siemens S7 PLC.
