Adjustable angle cutter versatility aids small batch cost-effectiveness June 2008

The WNT adjustable single angle cutter is targeted at small sub-contractors that need versatility in their cutting tool stock. This cutter provides a highly cost effective alternative for light milling and countersinking.

The approach angle of the single insert can be quickly adjusted to any angle within a 90 deg arc so that it is ideal for small batch work and allows a wide variety of angles/chamfers to be machined. However, the cutter is not just designed for chamfering. It is equally at home being used as an end mill for plain faces, ramping to create cavities, plunge cutting, and slotting
