Turnover for last year grew to €10.2 million and at the same time, the sheet metal focused firm increased its workforce by 14 per cent, to 170, and broke the 8,000 customer mark worldwide.

In 2008, the company aims to increase its turnover by 22 per cent and continue its policy of international expansion, opening new offices in Russia and Latin America and reinforcing its presence in the Baltic States, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Investment in R&D; in 2007 this was over €2 million, seen as essential to Lantek’s growth, and is supported by the three development centres in Alava (Spain), India and Poland.
