Bowers offers multi-functional bench hardness testers May 2008

The four model Eseway EW6000 series of Rockwell Hardness Testers achieves consistent, accurate test results in the harshest of industrial conditions thanks to their advanced combined closed loop and load cell system. Providing users with a large working space to accommodate bulky specimens, the tough new CV testers measure Standard, Superficial or combined Rockwell hardness values, with simultaneous conversion to HV, HB and other HR scales.

Features include a clear digital display, simple alpha-numerical data entry, Go/No Go mode, automatic ‘online’ statistics -- including average of readings, storage of up to 20,000 single hardness values, convex and concave measuring modes, calibration date expired reminder and a memory capacity for 50 individual test programs with tester settings, enabling instant tester set-up.
