DMG productivity event to be held in June 14/05/2008

A one-day productivity event is to be held at DMG’s UK headquarters, Luton on Tuesday, 17 June.

The ‘Maximise Productivity’ horizontal machining centre workshop will feature demonstrations on some of the latest DMG machines, plus seminar presentations covering high productivity solutions engineered for customers.

Additional subjects such as tool selection and ‘Zero-Point’ clamping and fixturing will also be covered.

At the event, Gildemeister Group’s new ECOLINE range of competitively priced lathes and machining centres will be highlighted.

Targeted at a totally new market sector, the machines offer an alternative to the multitude of cheap machine tools available at the lower end of the market.

On the following day – Wednesday 18 June – an ‘At Home Day’ without the workshop seminar presentations will run.
