PODTrack monitors and manages an inventory of thousands of items

The PODTrack system is capable of monitoring the tracking, issuing and return of up to 30,000 items from the shopfloor. Using common Toolvend authorisation cards the PODTrack can give the customer auditable information regarding the issue and return of PPE, cutting tools, power and hand tools, finishing products, bulk oils, coolants and much more.
PODTrack can act as a local stand alone system with slave units such as drawer units, cupboards and lockers, or as a controlled entry system that allows specified access to a caged, or as a secured storage or holding area. This flexible new system integrates with current Toolvend software and additional point-of-use devices. There is no limit on the size or type of products the PODTrack can control and track, the only constraint is the internal storage system that the PODTrack works with.
Using authorisation cards and bar code technology, the PODTrack will manage inventory while generating versatile management reports that include vital information such as cost centre and individual employee usage as well as stock use and control levels. This new development from Toolvend will comfortably fit into any working environment and can work in conjunction with current storage systems.
