Tilt loading compact centrifugal drying machines

Compact ASC50 and ASC70 range centrifugal drying machines are ideal for production environments where components require drying or oil separating.
The units have a tilting load and unload facility that eliminates the need for crane loading, making them the perfect solution for workshops with limited space. They have variable speed controls up to 550 rpm for sensitive parts and can handle components down to 2 mm.
The baskets have a dimension of 460 and 490mm diameter and 250 or 320 mm deep. This gives the ASC50 and ASC70 machines a capacity of 40 and 60 kg or a theoretical volume of 41 and 60 litres respectively.
The smaller of the two dryers, the ASC50 has a 2,700 W drying element that is complemented by a powerful 750 W motor that is more than capable of driving the basket at full capacity with a total installed power of 3,450 W. The rigid and robust unit has an overall weight of 200 kg for its 970 by 780 by 1,050 mm frame. The larger ASC70 has a 4,200 W heating element with a powerful 1,500 W motor that gives a total installed power of 5,700 W. This sits within an 1,110 by 830 by 1,200mm envelope with a weight of 285 kg.
The ASC50 & ASC70 machines can also be used as oil separating machines. As the machine rotates the separated oil is collected into a tray allowing the operator to place the oil or coolant back into the machine the parts were processed on.
